When did you first attend the SODEM protest outside Parliament and why did you come? 

11/06/2018. I’d become quite depressed just being a keyboard warrior at home. I’d become aware of Steve and SODEM and thought, that could be just what I needed. I wasn’t wrong.

How frequently did you come and when was the last time you attended?

I went twice a week from October 2018. Last time was 17/06/20. 

How far from Westminster do you live and what was your travelling time?

Putney, SW London. About an hour door to College Green, when we could still use the tube and trains!

What’s your favourite memory?

3rd September 2019, holding the megaphone at the front of Yorkshire for Europe with Steve as we marched to Downing Street. 

Tell me your story

Any form of Brexit would be a disaster for us and our children. The whole thing is criminal, based on a pack of lies, that unfortunately my parents bought into. Going to SODEM, being with people who are now friends, speaking to the general public, has kept me sane.
