When did you first attend the SODEM protest outside Parliament and why did you come? 

December 2017. There was an important public vote taking place on that day.

How frequently did you come and when was the last time you attended?

Once every few weeks (I live abroad, so couldn’t be there as often as I would have liked).  Last time was around October 2019.

How far from Westminster do you live and what was your travelling time?

About 500 miles. About 5 hours door to door.

What’s your favourite memory?

Very hard to pick one. Of course I wished it wasn’t necessary, but I think meeting up with friends was the part I enjoyed the most.

I am a UK citizen, living in Switzerland and a great believer in open borders, freedom of movement and close cooperation between nations. All things we’ll be losing with the nonsense of Brexit. I wanted to do all I could to retain those benefits.
