When did you first attend the SODEM protest outside Parliament and why did you come? 

It was the second week of SODEM and I came after work as I was working in the West-end one day a week. I came and it was associated with the number 10 vigil, which I was very involved in.

I tried to come most weeks, but could only come on Mondays as that was my day off. I came in the evenings quite a few times when that started as that was easier for me.

How far from Westminster do you live and what was your travelling time?

Hammersmith, 30 minutes.

Annoying the yellow vests!

Tell me your story

I went to the first Remain protest in Trafalgar Square a few days after the referendum and carried on from there. I went to various protests and marches in 2016, was mainly involved in the number 10 vigil from Feb 2017 onwards, with various associated stunts, and then SODEM when I could, and one off protests (road blocks, span the bridge, counter protesting Tommy Robinson and Farage etc). I’m committed now to anti Tory protests and in the long term getting Labour into power. (I rejoined the party at the end of last year), but I plan to leave this country in the long run because it is obviously full of shitty far right wing scum!
